Check in process was easy, parking was safe and plenty. The room was large and I had no issues with the water pressure or temperature. I'm glad parking was included in my rate.

Most staff was very friendly and try to help as much as they can. The valet staff for the visitor carpark was very very friendly and helpful, one even made us a Lebanese coffee before the cafe opened. Room size is okay. The second room I could move to was cleaner than the first one and may pass as 4-star apart from the carpet. The terrace pool is good. The common areas appear clean and maintained apart from some small things. The rooms have functioning laptop safes. The fridges are clean. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked well. The hotel appears to have a generator because the constant power outages only lasted a few seconds to a minute. Hotel accepts international Visa cards. In the current economic situation the hotel is probably a good choice. Pain d'Or bakery and Sea Sweet pastries are in walking distance.

The staff were amazing! Very friendly and accommodating! They gave us a free upgrade due to the difficult situation the country was having, which was lovely! The facilities were wonderful, our 2 year old loved playing in the park and the swimming pool. There was a good selection at breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bath tub and shower were fantastic! The reception desk was so helpful with information and guides! They arranged taxis for us for reasonable prices and discuss with them in Arabic where we wanted to go. They were amazing! Thank you for making our stay great!

The swimming pool in the city was great. The staff friendliness with no exception. The unexpected facilities (3 swimming pools, 3 tennis courts, gym, basket ball court...) The hotel location in the city and close to the main highway. The room upgrade to junior suite at a reduced offer!
